A New Kid by Friday

I was reading a parenting book called "Have a New Kid by Friday" when Noah came up and read the title.

"Mo-oom," he scolded.

I looked up from my book.

"It's Friday and you don't have a new kid," he accused.

I had to laugh at that one! I explained that it was a book about how to discipline children so they would behave better.

"Oh," he said and walked away.

Oh yes, I hope to always remember that moment!
By the way, the book is really great- many of the things it talks about are things I already do and agree with- plus a bunch of new great ideas!
