Sunday Walk Tradition

I love that our Sunday walks have turned into a tradition.  Sunday is the day that always makes me feel so sleepy, so knowing that we ALWAYS take a Sunday walk, makes us get out of the house, get some fresh air and get the kids (particularly Noah) to expend all their energy so when bedtimes comes, our kids actually go to sleep.  Grateful for this wonderful inspiration that I received back when I was pregnant with Gabe.  I always come back from our jaunts feeling closer to my family, grateful for this beautiful earth and relaxed and refreshed.
